Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Panama Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the navigation and maps app market in Panama showed notable trends across leading applications on the iOS platform. According to Sensor Tower data, here are the key insights for the top five apps.

Google Maps maintained a consistent presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 2K and 2.8K. Active users saw a steady increase, peaking at around 242K in early June, indicating strong engagement.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a remarkable spike in downloads mid-April, reaching 2.5K, and maintained active user numbers around 97K for most of the quarter.

Google Earth had modest download numbers, averaging around 350 weekly, while active users remained stable at approximately 1.5K throughout the period.

MapXplorer: Navigation, Radar showed a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $241 in mid-May. Downloads varied, with a notable increase to 448 in late April, and active users rose to 621 by the end of June.

Compass Panamá had consistent download numbers, hovering around 150 weekly, but did not report active user data.
